Consultation on draft Contract (Formation) (Scotland) Bill

The Scottish Law Commission is consulting on a working draft of a Bill on the formation of contract law prior to publishing a final draft Bill on formation and a final report (on formation, interpretation, penalty clauses and remedies for breach) in 2018.  Comments are welcome by 3 November 2017.  The draft Bill and accompanying papers can be found on our project page.
