Consultation on draft Leases (Automatic Continuation etc.) (Scotland) Bill

The Scottish Law Commission is consulting on a draft of a Bill codifying and reforming the law of tacit relocation of leases and other termination-related matters. Comments are invited by 28 January 2022. The draft Bill, together with explanatory notes, is available via both our project page and our current consultations page. The consultation is the last step prior to next year’s publication of our Report on Aspects of Leases: Termination.
