Electronic Communications Code

We are pleased to draw attention to the UK Government’s decision to implement substantially the Report of the Law Commission for England and Wales on the Electronic Communications Code (LC No 336, 2013). This is to be done by amendment to the Infrastructure Bill, with the objective of replacing the current code. Although this was a not joint project of the Commissions, the Scottish Law Commission assisted the Law Commission during the course of the project.
