Extension of deadline for responses – Domestic Abuse Discussion Paper

The family law team has been asked by a number of stakeholders for an extension of the deadline for responses to its Civil Remedies for Domestic Abuse Discussion Paper. We are therefore happy to announce that the deadline for all consultees has been extended from 22 January to 5 February 2025.
