Implementation of SLC reports

We are delighted to see that two outstanding Commission reports are to be taken forward by Scottish Government Bills in the new legislative programme – Long leases is to be re-introduced, and Land registration.

We also welcome the statement that the Government will continue to reform the law in key areas, with mention of our project on similar fact evidence.
