Interpretation of contract – news updates

Following the recent publication of our Discussion Paper on Interpretation of Contract (No 147) we have created a news column on our contract law project page which displays items of relevance to our project.  These items have come to our notice after we sent the text of the DP to the printers, and they are likely to be of assistance to us when drafting our report.  If readers wish to comment on the news items, or have other material to draw to our attention, we would be pleased to hear.  There is a comments box at the foot of the project page.
