Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill introduced

We are pleased to note that the Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill was introduced into the Scottish Parliament yesterday.  This will implement the recommendations in our Report on Judicial Factors, SLC No 233; 2013 (which can be seen here).
