Leases (Automatic Continuation etc.) (Scotland) Bill to be introduced

We are pleased to note that the Leases (Automatic Continuation etc.) (Scotland) Bill was included in the Scottish Government’s Programme for 2024 – 2025. This will implement the recommendations made by us in our 2022 Report on Aspects of Leases: Termination, SLC No 260 (which can be seen here).
