Legal Writings (Counterparts and Delivery) (Scotland) Bill passes Stage 3

The Scottish Law Commission is delighted to report that the Scottish Parliament has approved the Legal Writings (Counterparts and Delivery) (Scotland) Bill at Stage 3 (see here for Official Report). The Bill is the first to follow a new procedure for the implementation of Scottish Law Commission Reports. We would like to thank the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee of the Scottish Parliament for their work and look forward to the opportunity to implement further Scottish Law Commission Reports under this new procedure.
