Regulation of Health Care Professionals

The Scottish Law Commission is pleased that the Government accept most of the recommendations by the Law Commissions for reforming the law relating to the regulation of health care professionals across the UK.  The law reform project was undertaken jointly with the Law Commission for England and Wales and the Northern Ireland Law Commission.
