Scottish Law Commission launches Eleventh Programme of Law Reform

The Scottish Law Commission has today published its Eleventh Programme of Law Reform which will form the basis of most of the Commission's work over the next five years.  The Programme has been approved by Scottish Ministers and laid before the Scottish Parliament.  For further information, please see the Programme's web page.  A news release is also available.
