Trust law - further news on implementation

Lady Paton, the Commission’s Chair, was pleased to receive a letter last week from Ash Regan, the Minister for Community Safety, with news on the Government’s plans for implementation of our Report on Trust Law (Scot Law Com No 239).  The Minister writes that, subject to Cabinet agreement, the Scottish Government “will be seeking to take forward recommendations in the Report on Trust Law in the course of this parliamentary session”.  Here is Lady Paton’s response.
