UK Government publishes letter on progress of implementation of SLC reports in reserved areas of law

The Rt Hon Edward Argar MP, Minister of State for Justice, has written to Lady Paton with an update on progress regarding implementation of SLC recommendations.  It relates to recommendations in reserved areas of Scots law.  Three projects are specifically mentioned, all of which also involved the Law Commission of England and Wales:

• the 2014 Report on Regulation of Health Care Professionals (also with the Northern Ireland Law Commission);
• the 2020 Report on Electoral Law; and
• the 2022 Report on Automated Vehicles.
