26 January 2022 - Self-driving cars: Law Commissions publish joint report on Automated Vehicles
The Scottish Law Commission, together with the Law Commission of England and Wales, have just published our Joint Report on Automated Vehicles, along with a summary, outline and press release. Automated vehicles do not readily fit within current legal frameworks, and our recommended regulatory reform aims to ensure the safe deployment on UK roads.
